Itineraries

Day 1

NJP / IXB/SILIGURI TO GANGTOK

After received at IXB/NJP/Siliguri, proceed to Gangtok (5,410 ft) which is 120 km away and takes 4.5 hours approximately.After reaching Gangtok, check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 2

GANGTOK TO LACHEN

After taking breakfast pick up from hotel & drive to Lachen (8,838 ft./120 km/6 Hours approximately). Stop for tea in between. Arrive at Lachen by evening. Overnight stay.

Day 3

LACHEN TO LACHUNG

Early in the morning drive from Lachen to Gurudongmar Lake (17,100 ft./3 hours drive). Return back to hotel for lunch & drive to Lachung (8,910 ft /2 hours drive) Arrive Lachung by evening. Overnight stay.

Day 4

LACHUNG TO GANGTOK WITH YUMTHANG

Early in the morning, drive to Yumthang Valley (11,800 ft. Known as Valley of Flowers). Return back to the hotel for lunch and transfer to Gangtok and overnight stay. Zero point (Yumesamdong) 16,000 ft is not included in the package and is directly payable on the spot, if done.

Day 5

CITY TOUR GANGTOK

Go for full day sightseeing at Gangtok covering Ganesh Tok, Tashi View Point, Handicraft, Flower Show, Ropeway, Tibet logy, Chorten Stupa, Banjhakri Water Falls. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 6

TSOMGO LAKE AND NEW BABA MANDIR

Early in the morning after breakfast, start for a full day excursion to Tsomgo lake (12,400ft) and New Baba Mandir (13,200ft). Please carry 3 passport size photos and photocopies of any valid Govt Photo ID proof of all travellers. School IDs/Birth certificate required for children. Please note Nathula pass (Indo Chinese border) situated at 14,500 ft. is an optional sightseeing point, which is not a part of this package. Special Permit is required for Nathula, is done on extra cost paid directly on the spot and is totally dependent in the issuance of permit by the Sikkim tourism Dept. It is closed for visitors on Mondays and Tuesdays There will be extra charges too. Permits may be granted in clubbing basis.

Day 7

GANGTOK TO PELLING

After taking breakfast and drive to Pelling (7,000 ft./120 km approx/5 hours drive). On arrival check-in to your hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Pelling.

Day 8

FULL DAY CITY TOUR AT PELLING

Start sightseeing at Pelling covering Darap village, Khangchendzonga waterfalls, Sewaro Rock Garden, Rimbi waterfalls & Khecheopalri Lake, Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins & Helipad. Overnight stay at Pelling.

Day 9

PELLING TO DARJEELING

After taking breakfast, head towards Darjeeling (110 Kms/6 Hrs/6,730ft). Check in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 10

CITY TOUR DARJEELING

At 3:30am wake up early in the morning to witness the sunrise from Tiger Hill (2,590 meters/13 KM/45 min). On the way back, visit the famous Ghoom Monastery and the Batasia Loop. Proceed for half day city tour around Darjeeling covering The Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda,P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), outer view of Tea Garden (Chitrey) and Tenzing Rock.

Day 11

DARJEELING TO IXB/NJP/SILIGURI

We will proceed from Darjeeling to Bagdogra Airport (IXB)/NJP (Railway Station)/Siliguri (for onward journey (70 KM drive/3 Hours approx).

·         Transfers from IXB/NJP Airport / Railway Station to Hotel & Vice Versa
·         Non Alcoholic (i.e. juice, Tea/ Coffee) Welcome Drink on arrival in Hotel.
·         Accommodation for 2 adults in one Room for 10 Nights.
·         MAP Meal Plan –10 Breakfasts & 10 Dinners at Hotel.
·         Individual Wagon R for 11 Days sightseeing & transfers.
·         Inclusive of  Taxes  i.e. Parking, Toll Tax, Luxury Tax, Green Tax
